Shipping Overview

1. Delivery Area

Starovi currently offers shipping exclusively to residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time, but international delivery options are being considered for future expansion as part of our sustainable growth strategy.

2. Products Included

Our shipping policy covers all items available on our website. Each order is professionally packed using sustainable packaging materials to protect your items in transit and ensure they arrive in excellent condition while minimizing environmental impact.

3. Where We Deliver

Orders are shipped directly to the address provided during checkout. We deliver to residential addresses, business locations, and also support delivery to pick-up points, PO boxes, and parcel lockers where available through our carrier network.

4. Order Processing Cutoff

Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders submitted after this cutoff time or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Handling Time

Order handling—including confirmation, consolidation for batch shipping, inspection, and packaging—typically takes 1 to 2 business days before dispatch. Our sustainable batch processing may occasionally extend this timeframe during low-order periods, but we always prioritize timely delivery.

6. Shipping Duration

Once shipped, deliveries typically take 8 to 11 business days to arrive. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, excluding UK bank holidays and public holidays. During high-demand periods such as sales or seasonal events, slight delays may occur.

Total estimated delivery time: 9 to 13 business days from order placement.

7. Shipping Charges

We're proud to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. There are no additional charges for packaging, handling, or delivery. No minimum order amount required.

8. Order Tracking

Every customer receives a personal tracking code via email upon order dispatch. Track your package using our dedicated Track & Trace application. Please note that tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update after initial dispatch due to carrier processing times.

9. Changing Delivery Details

Need to update your delivery address? Contact our team at info@starovi.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist, but if the order has already been processed for batch shipping, changes may no longer be possible.

10. Failed or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from pickup location, Starovi reserves the right to deduct a return shipping cost of £20 GBP from any refund issued. This covers the cost of return processing and potential re-delivery attempts.

11. Customs & Duties

Because we only ship within the UK, there are no customs fees or import taxes applied to any orders. If we begin offering international shipping in the future, updated policies regarding duties and taxes will be published.

12. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Starovi takes full responsibility for packages lost during transit or damaged due to shipping issues. We will automatically dispatch a replacement order at no additional cost before processing any refund requests, ensuring you receive your items without delay.
