1. Who Can Return & Return Authorization Process

If you're based in the UK and decide to return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@starovi.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and detailed reason for the return
  3. Receive Authorization: We'll review your request and provide return instructions and authorization form
  4. Get Shipping Label: For defective items, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label

2. What Condition Should Items Be In?

All returns must be in unused and re-sellable condition, with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete state may result in a partial refund of 20-50% of the original value depending on the condition, or complete rejection of the return.

Return Authorization Required: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label for defective items.

4. Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges for UK customers. Follow the return steps above. Once we receive and verify the returned product, you can place a new order for your preferred item. If the exchange is due to a product defect or fulfillment mistake, we will send the replacement item at no cost.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note: processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3-5 additional business days).

Refund Conditions & Timeline:
  • Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Refund processing takes 7 business days after return arrival in our warehouse
  • Full refunds approved for undamaged, unused items in original packaging
  • Defective/incorrect items approved after inspection

6. Restocking Fees

We don't charge any restocking fees (£0) on approved returns. However, if an item arrives back damaged, heavily used, or incomplete, we reserve the right to issue a reduced refund of 20-50% of the original value depending on the item's condition, or reject the return entirely.

7. Failed Deliveries or Refused Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct the return shipping cost of £20 GBP and any re-delivery charges from your refund.

8. Special Return Conditions

  • Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for free return shipping. We will assess and cover return costs if necessary.
  • Product Never Arrived: Contact us within 30 days to initiate courier investigation. If not found, we offer full refund or replacement.
  • Cancellation After Order: You can cancel before shipping at no cost. If already shipped, follow return procedure after receiving.

9. Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to update your delivery address? Contact us immediately at info@starovi.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once shipped, address changes can no longer be made.

10. UK Customers: Your Legal Rights

As a UK customer, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 30 days of delivery—no explanation needed. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required
  • This policy does not affect any applicable legal rights
