๐ Ordering & Payment
We accept all major payment methods including:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
All transactions are processed in GBP (ยฃ) and secured with SSL encryption for your protection.
Currently, Starovi ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but international delivery options are being considered for future expansion as part of our sustainable growth strategy.
There is no minimum order amount required. We offer free shipping on all UK orders regardless of order value!
You can cancel your order before it's shipped at no cost. Due to our sustainable batch processing system, orders may take 1-2 business days to process, giving you time to make changes.
Contact us immediately at info@starovi.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. If it has already been processed for batch shipping, changes may no longer be possible.
๐ Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is completely FREE on all UK orders! There are no additional charges for packaging, handling, or delivery, and no minimum order amount required.
Total estimated delivery time: 9-13 business days
- Processing/Handling: 1-2 business days
- Shipping: 8-11 business days
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday only (excluding UK bank holidays)
Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT (Monday-Friday) are processed the same day.
Sustainable Batch Processing: To maintain our commitment to environmental sustainability and fair pricing, we operate on a batch shipping system. Orders are consolidated and processed together once minimum quantities are reached.
This approach allows us to:
- Reduce carbon footprint through consolidated shipments
- Maintain competitive product pricing
- Support eco-friendly business practices
Every customer receives a personal tracking code via email upon order dispatch. You can track your package using our dedicated Track & Trace application.
Important: Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update after initial dispatch due to carrier processing times.
If your package never arrives, contact us within 30 days and we'll initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we offer a full refund or replacement product at no additional cost.
๐ Returns & Refunds
30-day return window: You can return items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Return shipping: Customer pays (unless item is defective or incorrect)
- Restocking fees: ยฃ0 (None)
- Refund timeline: 7 business days after we receive your return
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
4-step return process:
- Contact Us: Email info@starovi.com within 30 days
- Provide Details: Include order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide return instructions and authorization form
- Get Shipping Label: For defective items, we provide a prepaid label
- Defective/Incorrect Items: Starovi covers all return shipping costs
- Change of Mind Returns: Customer pays return shipping costs
- Damaged Items: Send photos within 48 hours to qualify for free return shipping
Returns must be sent via trackable shipping method for accountability.
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct a return shipping cost of ยฃ20 GBP from any refund issued.

We take full responsibility for defective products:
- Send photos of damage within 48 hours of receipt
- We'll assess the situation and cover return costs
- We provide a replacement order at no additional cost
- Refunds processed before any return requests
We make every effort to present product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen resolution and settings, we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your device are a true representation of the actual item.
Yes! We accept exchanges for UK customers. Follow the return process, and once we receive and verify the returned product, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
If the exchange is due to a product defect or fulfillment mistake, we'll send the replacement item at no cost.
